At each meeting, we strive to provide excellent value for our members and guests. Beginning June 1, and continuing for four more Tuesday evenings, we are going to do just that, but in a little different format. This will be in a classroom setting as Steve Lipovac hosts a special series of training sessions which he has titled "Wealth Building with Keeper Houses".
The first night is June 1, followed by sessions on June 8, 15, 22, and 29. All sessions begin at 7:00 and end at 9:00. Suggestion - get there 5-10 minutes early (I'll try not to keep you waiting!)
To get a better feel for what will be offered, a basic syllabus is posted here. And, on May 26th, during our regularly scheduled meeting, Steve will be our presenter -- at the RE/MAX Opportunities Office - 2350 NW 128th, in Urbandale.
Participants will (likely) earn up to 10 CEU's toward the PHP designation, dependent on eligibility.
The fee for the workshop is $125, but we're flexible. (Suggest a payment plan and we'll see if we can make it work! Just email me. We want EVERYONE who would like to come to do so, and we don't want this current lackluster economy to cause anyone to miss this great opportunity!)
