Membership Info

Our dues structure is, through Dec 31, 2011 is as follows:

$20 guest fee, $5 member fee for attending Thursday meetings.  It's a meeting fee, not a pizza fee.  

There is no charge for Saturday "Meetup" meetings for both members and guests (a good way for newbies to test the waters without much investment!)   See our Meetup Site for more info.  

Our Dues Structure for 2012 is:        
      
$100/Yr/Member (add a spouse/SO/BP for 1/2 price!) 

$150/Yr - Vendors (Includes benefits - see below)    

You'll find a Membership Application here.  Memberships can now be paid for via Credit/Debit cards, or through a Paypal.com account.  Just click here to renew or pay your membership!  

Dues changed Jan 1, 2012 but had not been changed for 5 years.    

Participation in Meetings

Participation in meetings of the Two Rivers REIA is subject to terms and conditions, as set forth in our "Participatory Terms and Conditions Disclosure". Members agree to be bound by our Code of Ethics.
Steering Committee Members

In order to ensure that we provide excellent value for your membership dollars, we have a Steering Committee to help guide the the organization. 

Vendor Partner Memberships

Our Vendor Partners are important participants in Two Rivers REIA as they provide benefits to members, and members provide benefits to our Vendor Partners.

Here are just a few of the tangible, and intangible benefits (subject to change only upon notification, in writing):  
  • Vendors are recognized in our main monthly meetings, and offered a 30-sec time for their "elevator pitch", on why Two Rivers REIA members should consider doing business with them
  • Build relationships through networking with like-minded peers, who spread the word by referral
  • Advertising opportunities in communications pieces to our members
  • Our Vendor Partners are prominently displayed at our website
  • Members prefer to use other members
  • Vendor representation on the Steering Committee to help ensure your membership is continually appreciated
  • Recognition at our Annual Conference
  • Receive preferential treatment for pick of the exhibit space, size of booth desired, etc.  


Yet to achieve maximum benefit from participation as a Vendor Partner, we highly recommend coming to our main meetings at least 4-6 times per year.  It's hard to beat the power of personal networking!
