To our 2011 Conference Attendees, from both near and far...
The Two Rivers REIA Convention Steering Committee has been hard at work, organizing and planning in the background to ensure that our 2011 Two Rivers REIA Conference will be the best one yet!
The theme for this year is "Hitch YOUR Wagon to a NEW Star"! intended to aid our vision into the future. For two days, we will have intensive focus on possibilities, and on recharging and reinvigorating our Real Estate investing endeavors.
Whether coming for the great knowledge and insights that will be shared by our top-notch speakers, the outstanding networking opportunities that derive from associating with like-minded peers, or if you're just looking for someone in the crowd who can help you solve your deal making challenges for 2011 -- it is our aim to make this the premiere Real Estate Investors event, with a broad focus -- for Central Iowa in 2011.
We are leaving no holes barred, no stones unturned.
Here you will learn why RE investing is still the number 1 way to build wealth for the long term. Thought it's taken a beating lately, the press is not publishing the successes. And who is enjoying those successes? The astute, the plugged-in, those who are not the timid feeders in the lagoon.
So, just who is losing their shirt currently? Those who fail to do adequate due diligence; those who often don't understand even the basics of risk management in RE investing. Or, those who have succumbed to irrational exurberance. And some very smart people, too! But it's time to move on, to regroup, reenergize, refocus -- and the quicker we can do that, the better.
They say the average millionaire has failed at an enterprise three plus times before they finally get it figured out. But they kept going until they did.
We all need to learn techniques and strategies which work in today's challenging market -- to keep our axe sharp -- right now!!!
That's what our 3rd Annual Conference is all about -- how to seize this unique moment in time to build security for you and your family, for the future!
This year, we are making special efforts to ensure you'll quickly find other liked-minded investors --- wholesalers, short sale artisans, rehabbers, buy & hold investors, multi-family investors, note buyers, tax lien certificate investors, hard money lenders, private money lenders, even commercial investors.
We're also going to publish a directory of attendees and vendors, for the first time (for those who wish to be listed) sorted in a manner that makes the directory easily useable. This will be compiled both before and during the event, for those who choose to participate.
Two Rivers REIA mission is to provide education, networking, and mentoring, and in 2011, we're kicking it up a notch. We will be building and encouraging satellite chapters in other metro areas throughout Central Iowa. These areas include Ames, Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, the Quad Cities. Need help getting a chapter going in your town? Please introduce yourself at the conference, and let's start building, together, right in your neck of the woods!
At Two Rivers REIA, we believe in the Principle of Abundance, the Law of Attraction, and creating wealth through expansion, not competition. The more we share and help others, the easier it gets for us!

The Two Rivers REIA Announces our 2011 Conference - "Hitch YOUR Wagon to a NEW Star" , May 13-14, 2011, at the Holiday Inn - Airport Conference Center, 6111 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa. The event is on Friday and Saturday. A basic schedule of events is here.

We are excited to be welcoming Alan Cowgill, Steve Cook, and Roberta McAfee/Mark Tilton as our featured speakers.
