Two Rivers REIA Mission is to provide:
1) Education -- on most every area of residential RE investing
2) Networking -- share and learn from like-minded peers.
3) Coaching -- We help our members, particularly newer investors, understand the risks first, as we provide guidance to help ensure each project is profitable, second!
Many of our members are happy to provide helpful tips at no cost, which is only part of the power of networking!
Every month we strive to have informative, educational meetings which offer great opportunities to network with like-minded peers.
Annually, we hold at least one Conference, which has become our primary means to attract nationally recognized speakers to share their investing strategies with Two Rivers REIA members. (Save the cost of Airfare and often logdging, and buy a great program instead -- one that will help you kickstart your business!)

|Two Rivers REIA of Central Iowa is a Real Estate Investors Association , an affiliate of the National REIA since October 2006.
We serve a broad spectrum of Real Estate investor's interests which all include a strategy to make money through the power of free enterprise, while making valuable contributions to our communities.
We have recently begun a drive to help our members achieve the "Professional Housing Provider" - PhP designation -- which is a 60-hour program not unlike the licensing program required by the IA Real Estate Commission to become a licensed Realtor.

Our Central Iowa Investor members include investors at all experience levels -- eager beginners, semi-pros, and seasoned veterans -- many of whom seek to hone their skills in one or several areas of RE investing.
Many of our member have experienced the ups and downs of real estate cycles. Collectively, we have hundreds of years of investing experience. Many are willing to share this experience just for the asking. Membership is nominally priced. See our membership page for more info!
Members agree to abide by our Code of Ethics. The association structure is an LLC while the bylaws are a work in progress.

Constantly changing BUYERS market but with excellent interest rates; lender requirements are off the chart difficult, and ... we need to find new ways to fund deals, attract buyers, do lease/options, rehab for profits, etc.
All the more reason to attend meetings!

|Our "Power-of-30" Promotional Contest results (for our 2011 Conference) are in. Designed to encourage members to reach out to everyone, and to practice networking skills essential to building a Real Estate Investing business.
Our 3rd Annual Conference is behind us. It started Friday morning, with two different speakers and a reception in the evening. Saturday we featured two nationally recognized speakers, a luncheon and awards banquet for our contest winners, vendor displays and interaction in the early afternoon, followed by a bus tour of rehab houses from 2-5.
Speakers were picked specifically because of the indicated interests of our members, through a year-end survey in 2010.
